1. The president is the highest representative of PRO HOMINE and runs the day-to-day business, representing PRO HOMINE externally to authorities and third parties.
2. To attain validity, written documents of PRO HOMINE must be signed by the president and secretary or, in the case of financial affairs (e.g. disposition of assets), by the president and treasurer.
3. If deemed necessary, the executive board may appoint a chief executive officer (CEO) to run the day-to-day business of PRO HOMINE under the direction of the president. The CEO shall also be authorized to represent PRO HOMINE externally in the name of the president. Further details of the rights and duties of the CEO shall be laid down in special Rules of Procedure, which, if need be, shall be set up and decided upon by the executive board.
